my current basement has cracks in the wall and old windows from when it was originally built. I want to redesign the basement with dry wall or something comparably close to it. The wash room is also in the basement along with a bedroom that's coming apart, and a so called family room that needs updating to the 21st century.

We live in Winghaven and have a 2,600 sq. ft ranch. We have a completely unfinished basement w/ a rough in for a full bath. We would like to finish the basement space to include a play area for our kids, an office, a workout area, a media/living room area (with maybe a bar area w/fridge, sink and dishwasher), and buld out the bathroom. We are interested in a couple different estimates concerning adding a bathroom to our basement...one for only getting our basement plumbed for a bathroom and one for plumbing and installing a shower, toilet, and sink. We have a concrete floor. There are pipes running from the upstairs bathroom in the area we would like the basement bathroom, and there is a round drain cover in the middle of one of the pipes. We also have a square concrete "pedestal" around our furnace that we would like to have cut away. It is approximately 3' X 3'. Thank you.

Finishing a basement of approx 700-800 square feet. Need to add a full bathroom, plumbing needed, and walls for a bedroom. Electrical outlets need to be added, cuircut breaker with enough amps to allow for added electricity already. Need to add egress window as well.
